Allart Ligtenberg doesn't let any grass grow under his feet. He travels every year to two or three countries to administer numerous solar cooking projects sponsored by various chapters of the Rotary Club. In this interview Allart discusses his recent project in the Yucatan in Mexico and describes the development of solar cooking in Nepal. Allart also gives some information on upcoming projects in Indonesia and Afghanistan. At the end of the interview he explains why it can be very useful to become involved with your local Rotary Club to help with your solar cooking promotion efforts. Related Links:
